This WOD was also homework for our Powerlifting Practice since it was a heavy back squat day. Except this was a new way of lifting for me:
7x(4-4) , 1x(2-2) , 4×1
This made 0 sense to me. But our coach had how to do it written on the board which helped a lot:
I actually used this example for what I did but I didn’t go fast enough and only got to the 120# (165# total) mark (finished the first set of 7 lifts). I was kind of annoyed I didn’t move faster but I still felt it in my quads, hips, and butt!
That really is it… not very exciting 🙂
