It was Open Gym night and I had the idea to do Nancy. Thankfully I convinced another person to workout with me through the 5 rounds so I had some motivation to keep going:

15 Overhead Squats 65#
The last time I did this WOD I used only 45# and finished in 17:59. This time I went Rx and finished in 16:35! I’d say that’s a pretty big improvement! 65# felt pretty solid and I went unbroken on every round. The running was tough for me but I was thankful there was a bit of an overcast to keep me from getting blasted by the sun and heat!
Afterwards I just chatted with some friends and headed home 🙂
