I woke up Saturday morning not feeling too terribly sore from Karen. Until I got to the gym and we started working. For some reason I couldn’t feel the soreness until I tried using my quads and back – then it was rough.
We started with our usual rowing and burpees. I managed to still maintain 13 calories and 9 burpees per minute despite feeling like crap.
Then I did 5 power cleans and 4 T2Bs for 7min on the 30s.
Lastly I finished with squat cleans at 145# EMOM 5. Which was pretty exhausting! ugh! I felt even more run down after that WOD but at least I did it and justified the rest of my lazy weekend.
