Finally some progress was felt!
We started with a rowing drill on the 30s. We did 6 minutes of short stroked but fast/hard rowing to see if we could maintain calories. I went from 11 on the first attempt down to 8 by the end.
We then moved onto our snatch work and I alternated sets of heavy KBS to feel the leaning back sensation and opening of my hips with 3 touch and go snatches at Rx weight.
I actually felt some backwards movement on 1-2 reps! A first since normally I’m jumping/stepping forward.
We ended with some handstand holds and negatives since we were fried from HSPU on Friday.
