Last night I didn’t want to feel rushed to get to the gym because I’m dog-sitting and walking 3 dogs isn’t exactly something I can do quickly. So I just took my time and went to Powerlifting only.
I must admit, being fresh for Powerlifting felt AMAZING! I could’ve totally PR’ed on my squat last night if I wasn’t the last one to finish up.

then OTM 10 x 2 reps at 80% (95Kg)
Snap and Press/Strict Press
5 snap and press singles @ 75# (PR)
3 x 1 @ 80% (128Kg)
