Last night’s WOD wasn’t super exciting but it did give me a chance to work on my snatch a bit and I know I need work on that.
Started with Push Press work
3 x 10 push press working on cycling and weight
I got to 95# before I had to do single reps towards the end of the set.
The WOD was 5 mins per round and 4 rounds of:
9 Snatch grip Deadlift 95#
6 Power Snatch
I did this Rx and it was tough but not terrible. There really wasn’t a way to score this other than if you modified the weight. Sooooo 95#! 😛
After class I worked on GHD situps, MU swings, HSPU and 1 hold for 1 min.
I can definitely feel the GHDs! Holy crap. I only did 8 yesterday, too! They are no joke! and they make me feel sick a little going almost upside down to sitting up like that.
