2/11/15 Ignite WOD

Last night I knew I needed some cardio in my life so I did the Ignite Class.

We started with Deadlifts. This week I did 275# x 5 reps. Felt good to lift heavier this week!

Then we had the workout of death 😛 Ok more like workout to kill hamstrings and the posterior chain.

200m run

10 Deadlift (135#)

15 Slam balls (30#)

300m row

Yeah. ARe your hamstrings crying just from reading that? Mine were. I imagined I’d get 5 or more rounds and was right! I finished 5 rounds with only 10 seconds left on the clock! There was no way I was going to start running again with the 10 sec since I wouldn’t get even 1 lap out of that. But I was SPENT! Oy! A really great ass beating (literally!)!
