3/16/15 15.3 WOD

So in case you didn’t see 15.3 starts with 7 Muscle Ups. And in case you didn’t know, I can’t do muscle ups. And I did not want to do the Scaled WOD that had no muscle ups or any substitute at all.

So I spent 2 hours last night trying to get my first Muscle up.

Spoiler Alert: I didn’t get one.


I did come closer than I ever have! My wrists are bruised and sore and I’m sore in weird places. I felt great and proud of myself that I made the effort to keep trying. It was frustrating and disappointing not to submit a score yesterday but that’s life. I know I’ll get a MU soon. I know I can get it eventually.

So that means I’m done with the Open for 2015. At least officially. I might still do the WODs but I’m no longer on the Leaderboard.
