WOD

AMRAP 20 Partner WOD

7 power cleans 95#

7 burpees

200m run

each partner completes 1 full round before the other person can go. I got 6 rounds

Strength

Back squat – work to 1 heavy <– 215#

Skill work

TTB

we were supposed to do unbroken TTB but I lack that skill so I worked on TTB kipping with a band near my feet/ankles to cue my kip.
