Today I got myself in the garage for an interesting wod:

4 rft

25 double unders

20 ohs (55#) 

10 snatch

15min time cap. I finished in 14:50!

The ohs were tough! My poor wrists were aching and I was using wrist wraps. I’m just proud I finished within my time cap!
