The WOD last night was pretty intimidating but I guess I scaled it appropriately because I made it through and didn’t die.
30 Clean and jerk
I used 65# for all 3 movements and finished in 10:34.
2 min rest between rounds
I used 55# for the 72 OHS and I worked on practicing my kip for TTB rather than worrying if my toes were actually touching the bar. It was tough! Took around 14-17 min I think to complete.
