1/14/16 Home WOD from CFHS

There was some 1 rep max lifting work before the conditioning but I wasn’t in the mood so I just did the conditioning:

2. Conditioning

75 Sit Up
1,000m Row <– 800m run
75 SDHP, 95/65 <– 55#

It took me about 14:20 to complete and the weather was really nice to be out running 🙂
