1/23/16 CFHS Snow Day WOD

You can’t really call it a snow day unless you are stuck at home and have to shovel, but for GA it was as snowy as I ever want it to get. But it was technically snowing so that’s what I’m going to call it 😛

Teams of 3 complete the following for time:
120 Front Squats, 135/95
120 Kipping HSPU <– last 5 were with 2 ab mats
120Box Jump Overs, 24/20″
120 Pull ups

I was in a team with a couple and they were definitely hard workers. And they managed to wait for me to complete 10 HSPU at my super slow pace and not complain 😛 I did the WOD Rx and I was super proud of myself. The only exercise I did less of were the pull ups at the end since we were last to finish and I knew my teammates could easily bust out more ring rows than if we waited for me to do 10 pull ups every time.

We finished in 25:13 I believe.
