1/29/16 & 1/30/16 CFHS WODs

1/29/16

I can’t get to the gym in time for the whole Friday evening class but I managed to get there just in time for the WOD. I missed the strength portion but I don’t think I really missed much.

Conditioning
1000m Row, into:
4 RFT
20 KBS, 70/50 <– 53#
60 Double Unders
Then, 1000m Row

I finished this in 17:43 and my legs were jello.

1/30/16

A bunch of people went hiking this day but I didn’t have all morning to be walking around a mountain. So I actually ended up coaching the 9:30 class and I participated in it and programmed it too! 😛 I was a 1 man show!

Teams of 3

Then 400 m run as a team

There were 10 of us so I joined a team to make it a 4 person team. I did it Rx and if we had run (we had a teammate who couldn’t) we probably would’ve finished around 14 min. Everyone said they actually liked the WOD (after they were done of course) so that made me feel good 😛
