2/1/16 WOD

I’m pretty sure this was a mini MAAP or is it MAPP? session at the gym since it was 3 small sprints.

1. Conditioning
21-15-9:
Dead Lift, 275/185
Strict Ring Dips <– Pushups on the pirouettes again

Time:  I can’t remember – I just know I was last.

Rest 5 minutes then

21-15-9
slam ball <– 20#
Assault Bike Calories

Time: 6:30

2. Conditioning
2 minutes of max rep Double unders <– 140 reps and I almost peed my pants!
rest 1 minute <– not a rest! A run to the bathroom and back!
2 minutes of max rep Double unders <– 104 reps

I was pretty proud of my overall performance. I felt like my push ups (while slow) are getting better, my deadlifts were amazing, the 2nd WOD was exhausting!, and my DUs were something of pure amazement 😛
