2/2/16 CFHS WOD at SutzGym

Yesterday I only had 40min to do a WOD and I had to do it before my doctor’s appointment so I did a modified version of Holly Spring’s WOD:

Conditioning
“The Admiral”
3 RFT:
20 Burpee Pull ups <– 10 burpees
20 Front Squats, 155/105 <– 10 FS at 85#
20 Box Jumps, 24/20 <– 10 box jumps

I finished 1/2 of The Admiral in 8:50

Snatch
EMOMx10: 1 Snatch – you choose the weight <– Increased weight up to 90#

All in all it took me about 35 min (with set up and warm up etc) to do this and I was glad I did because I was in no shape to workout or do much of anything later in the evening.
