While the rest of the class warmed up with Snatch, I did my powerlifting work:
8 x 3 @ 72.5% (190#) with 75s rest between sets
Then we did a modified version of the WOD since there were a ton of people in the gym:
18 Push Ups
12 Dumbbell Snatch (30#)
6 Muscle Ups <– Chest to bar pull ups
I hate push ups – just putting it out there. It took me 14:32 for that. Bleh.
I tried to do a little rowing after but I was achy/tired and bored so I went home.
