3/7/16 Bench Press and WOD

Since I wasn’t sure if I would make it to the gym on Tuesday I decided I should swap my bench and Squat day so I could do it at home if need be.

Bench
7 x 3 @ 75% (115# roughly)

WOD

7-5-3

Muscle Ups <– Pull ups

Box Jumps 24″

Clean and Jerks <– 100#

I flew through this WOD! And it felt great to finally be able to string movements together for once! I finished in 4:09! 😀
